The employee's services were terminated orally by the employees, after having served satisfactorily for almost seven years, with no breaks and performing various duties for four years. While the employee was not his employer, documentary evidence and even recommendations for immediate employment of the employee's immediate officers as a permanent employee, had fully proven that the job took place seven years from the beginning of the job. He continued to work as a permanent employee until his services were terminated orally by the employer. His employee was away from the job and the employee had successfully and satisfactorily worked without any break after completing the trial period, the right to permanent employment was obtained by the Standing Order of the Employee's Oral Termination Ordinance 12 ( 3) was violated and could not be retained.
