LAL BUX SOOMRO versus CHIEF SECRETARY TO GOVERNMENT OF SINDH
Section 4 Appeal to the Competitive Appeal Service Tribunal was to be filed within thirty days of communication from the Department of Appeal dismissed by the public servant claiming that the order of appeal had been received on 11 8 1990, i.e., Burden approved. One month after the order was filed, government employees were timely informed of the dismissal of the department's appeal to show that no such evidence was presented to the civil servant of the service tribunal as the appeal was filed. Respondent was instructed to make necessary corrections to the seniority list after the delay was accepted. I had to appeal to the electorate. The defendant should be considered senior to cause harm before the current post is promoted
