GOVERNMENT OF SINDH versus NIAZ AHMAD
The Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 185 (3) of the Supreme Court Rules, 1980, A. XXXIII, Rr. 3 and the Limitation Act (IX of 1908), decided to delay the leave applications for appeal of section 5 appeals. The delay of two days was not due to his mistake, but it was due to the absence of the theft of the copy of the High Court copy which caused the copies to not be delivered in a timely manner. Cause. No respondent's affidavit was filed by the respondents against the affidavit. In support of the request for a conviction, the facts remain unrealistic, any prejudicial delay by the appellants was delayed in such a way, if any, that they were waived.
