The Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 199 Special Relief Act (I of 1877), Sections 42 and 54 Civil Code of Conduct (v. 1908), Section 115, the applicant took the stand, by filing a review against the conclusions of the following courts. The manner of the constitutional petition filed by him against the decisions of the Labor Court and the Appellate Tribunal, whether the High Court should set aside the decisions of the two courts under which the lawsuit and litigation arising out of it, should be filed; Will not enable anyone to seek treatment for it. The mere lawlessness of the opposition to the constitutional petition will not make such a party capable of jettisoning the amendment petition, let alone setting aside this score.
