Had filed its first appeal without the service tribunal during which the appellant filed the appeal and to dismiss the possible objection to the retention of the appeal for the same reason that no department appeal was filed. A second appeal was subsequently filed with the service tribunal and the two appeals were heard simultaneously. Service Tribunal dismissed the appeal of a appeal. On the basis that it was filed without prioritizing the Department's appeal. Applicant's view that the notice of his complaint before filing the first appeal will be equivalent to that of the Court of Appeal, Held was dismissed, the Appellant's first Appeal was filed without filing the Appeal, Section 4 Was affected by (1) Service Tribunals Act 1973 and
