FEROZE-UD-DIN versus GOVERNMENT OF THE PUNJAB
Section 8 of the West Pakistan General Clauses Act (IV of 1956), Section 4 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Arts 212 (3) and 264 government employees challenged their sanity as a seniority and gradation list. Government employee's appeal was dismissed. Is. Disapproved Punjab Civil Services Appellate Tribunal had filed an appeal before the Punjab Service Tribunal under Section 8 of the Punjab Service Tribunals Act, 1974, which the service tribunal rejected, dismissing the appeal and observed that it had rejected the appeal case as an appellate tribunal. Was decided by Earlier, the same legal points and similar facts were added which led to the petitioner's right to appeal on the basis of Section 8 of the Ordinance V of 1974, therefore it was rejected for reasons. Disapproved tribunal orders were taken notice of by Article 264. As well as the Constitution, the order of the dissenting tribunal on maintaining the appeal under section 4 of the Act of 1974 on the legality of section 4 of the West Pakistan General Laws Act 1956 finally came to an end.
