GHULAM HUSSAIN versus ADDITIONAL DISTRICT JUDGE
OXII1, Rr 4 and 8 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3), in the pursuit of a document with evidence, the district judge allowed the defendant to present his evidence in the review; Holding the order, the applicant will have the opportunity to protest his objections again before the Appeal Court's appeal is allowed. It will be allowed to consider the arguments that once the document is allowed to be admitted with evidence, it will not be open to the applicant to protest its confession in the higher forum. The court was not correct in asserting that the applicant would have received adequate remedy before refusing to interfere with the appellate court and the High Court.
