MUHAMMAD AMIN versus STATE
Sections 395, 324, 337A (ii), 337F (I), 337L (I), 337X (I) and 337E (ii) of the Anti-Terrorism Act (XXVII of 1997), section 7 (1) ( B) and (ii) the conviction of the definition of evidence, the reduction of the Council for the accused, stated that the accused was a former offender, that he was 28/30 years of age, that he had already been in 4/5 years. If he does not challenge the sentence of the accused, then the State Council has submitted that as the accused did not challenge his sentence, but the sentence was reduced. Prayed for, he would not oppose the opposition that he was accused of The man was a criminal and a young man. Since the State's counsel had no objection, if, from the point of view of providing the accused with an opportunity to reform, he was charged under Section 95 PP PPC and under the Anti-Terrorism Act. (B) (b), (ii) was sentenced to seven years' RI, 1997, but the fine and other sentences will remain. Accordingly the order has been passed.
