Sections 7, 21 M&23 Panel Code (XLV of 1860), Sections 302, 324, 148 and 149 of the West Pakistan Arms Ordinance (XX of 1965), Section 13 of Pakistan Constitution (1973), Article 199 Constitutional Petition by applicant The pending lawsuit was requested. In the Special Judge's Court, the anti-terrorism court in the general jurisdiction offense under Section 13 of the West Pakistan Arms Ordinance was not a scheduled offense against the applicant under 1965 and for the alleged recovery of illegal firearms. A separate FIR was filed against the applicant. Such an FIR was yet to be operated by a court of general jurisdiction but it was not yet known whether the same weapon was used during the main incident or not at the beginning of the trial. There was no basis for rejecting Prayer's prayer.
