MST. FAUZIA versus STATE
Before the arrest of the Section 498 Criminal Procedure Code (XLV of 1860), Section 365, the accused presented to the court stated that she was going to trial, that she had freely entered into a contract with the accused and married her. The marriage petition was attached to the lady requesting bail. It was further stated that he was never kidnapped by any of the alleged kidnappers, claiming that he was elder, adult and a judge of his own accord with all intents and purposes.
