GHULAM SARWAR versus SULTAN BIBI
Section 172 (2) (xviii), excluding the jurisdiction of the Civil Court party, alleges that the proceedings in relation to the joint property of the parties were not only ex-parte, but also the fraudulent way of dividing the revenue. And the revenue was accepted through a collusion between the authorities and others. The question of the party's legal status or at least the prior order of partition and the fraud and delinquency question can be legitimately challenged by the Revenue Court in the jurisdiction of the Civil Court, in which the claimant relieves. Could not have been due to which the appellate court properly dismissed. Using the jurisdiction to modify it below
