The petitioner for leave to apply for Article 1 appeal, who was a civil servant, was allotted a plot in the housing scheme, which was later canceled because of a violation of the government's constitutional application allotment policy. Against such termination by the High Court, the petitioner petitioned the applicant for leave to appeal against the High Court's Playa decision that the petitioner had appealed against. It was only the fact that his late father was allotted a plot outside the chief minister in the same housing scheme. While there is no reasonable basis for canceling the AT, when he is a free man, the High Court rightly said that under the current policy, only one plot in the government's case can be allotted to either father or son.
