THE STATE versus PIYARO KHAN
Criminal Code of Conduct (CRPC) Section 249A Railway Act (IX of 1890), equipped with deadly weapons charged with section 126, robbed the station master, block and cabin telephone interruptions to interfere with the safe running of trains. Cut and disconnect wires, remove, take anything connected to the railway with the intention or information to dispose of it or to displace any person that may endanger the safety of traveling or on the train. It is feared that this would be an offense under the Section 126 Railway Act under the accused, under which circumstances the application was dismissed.
