Article 212 (3) The Advance Increment Intelligence Service Tribunal did not review the question of whether the defendant was entitled to give advance increments in light of the rules / policies governing this article and allowed defendant's appeal only on the basis that Authorized authority provided. An increase in three other people who were similarly named as respondents, and since advance increment was called by the expert in three articles illegally. And since there could be no similar action for a judicial forum on the illegal movement by someone, the parties' advice agreed that the matter be forwarded to the service tribunal. This matter may be further considered and then determined. If the respondents were entitled to raise questions in respect of the relevant rules / policies, the application was converted into an appeal and allowed, resulting in an unanimous decision and on the same issue. The matter was referred to the Service Tribunal for a fresh decision. n
