SHAHZADO SHAH THROUGH LEGAL HEIRS AND ANOTHER versus M. SARDARO
The proof of the hereditary sect was that of a Sunni or Shi'ite slayer, an unmarried widow and brother's brother-in-law, that the deceased, belonging to Shia sect-proof Burden, was entitled to inherit the entire land in order to exclude the offspring widow. Such a request was lied to. The brother widow was still receiving the family pension of the deceased because she was supported by the transfer of the land approved by the Sun Personal Law through the entry of the pension book, the brother in the Revenue Degree to distribute the land. The request was not made and the notice was issued. The brothers did not provide any concrete evidence that the fatwa belonged to the Jafariya community, and their witnesses in their statements in court were unaware of the manner in which the late funeral prayer was offered.
