MUHAMMAD AKBAR AND OTHERS versus THE STATE
Section 497 (2) of the Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), section 324/337 A (i) (ii) / 148/149 bail, one of the further investigative grant suspects has been charged with injuring his head Hotchecked. Given the nature of the weapon and the nature of the injury seat, it appears that the accused does not deserve bail waiver because under PP 32424, PPC was clearly attracted to such a situation, the other three accused. He has been alleged to have been injured as a result of his injuries. With their respective weapons, however, neither they were recovered from the weapons nor the injuries attributed to them, the lawsuit stated that the three accused needed further investigation, exempted on bail.
