ABDUL RASHID versus AKMIDC
Section 4 of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Interim Constitution Act (VIII of 1974), the section 47 service tribunal disputes relating to the terms and conditions of a public servant, specially the service tribunal under section 4 of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Service Tribunal Act 1975 Jurisdiction. Provided that a civil servant who was held in civil service in the service of Azad Jammu and Kashmir or who was employed in connection with the affairs of the State, may raise his grievance in respect of their terms and conditions by appeal to the service tribunal. He was deposed on the services of Azad Jammu and Kashmir in connection with the affairs of the Government by the Council or Federation or any province or authority of Pakistan, and a person who was employed on contract or work basis and paid for emergency. The appellate jurisdiction of the service tribunal could not be requested
