Section 8 of the Public Representation Act 1976 was a clearance provided that the finalization of the list of polling stations by returning officers was subject to the direction of the Election Commission, the Code of Conduct of the General Election Order, 2002, the Election Commission had full authority to Take notice of the irregularities committed by the Returning Officers and issue an appropriate matter. The instructions argue that the applicant has no remedy after the issuance of the disqualification notification, he was not correct as the Election Commission could always come forward to resolve the complaint of the affected party if the party was out of bounds by the census.
