Section 164 (1) of the West Pakistan Land Revenue Act, 1967 Section 164 (1) of the Board of Revenue, the Board of Revenue under the West Pakistan Land Revenue Act, 1967, was separate and was not subject to the restriction if the amending jurisdiction Would have been an option. Very broad and cannot be cured solely on the basis that the Commissioner's revision options were also exercised.
