After filing a lawsuit for the plaintiff, the plaintiff filed two other cases for the mortgage receipt as well as the mortgage amount, in the previous case the petitioner's recovery was requested under OVII, R 11, CPC Claimed that the plaintiff was subsequently banned under O II, R 2, CPC for filing two. The trial and the appellate court heard the cases. Earlier in two cases, the defendant had filed a recovery case which could not be accepted by the petitioner under O VII, R 11, the CPC could only demand rejection. The other two suits could not have been sought without filing such an application in the other two suits by seeking the provisions of O VII, R 11, CPC for the recovery of money and the dismissal of the claimant.
