Sections 10 and 11 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 The rule for the cancellation of constitutional petition filed by the informant on the violation of natural justice, was settled by the Settlement Authorities in favor of the applicant before serving the applicant. Outgoing allotment canceled. Before the authorities, evidence from the informant had already been filed that the applicant had no opportunity to properly participate in the proceedings because he could not examine the witnesses presented to the authority contradicting the legal proceedings. The process is a violation of the principles of the natural justice case. Placing through the Defendant was not trustworthy and he disclosed his aggressive conduct where the defendant had previously recognized the applicant's title, after which he had a certified proprietor in the interest of the applicant. There was no locus standi to challenge the claim. There was no jury of the land settlement authorities to put aside the order of cancellation of the allotment granted by the authority to entertain any such request.
