Criminal Code of Conduct (CCPC) Section 516 The release of a robbery vehicle on a supermarket car was made by the applicant, the general attorney of the original owner of the car that was protected by the robbers, the applicant prayed for release. Under section 1616 AA, CCPC, he had a car on Superdanama but his prayer was rejected on the basis that he was demanding the car on the basis of General Power of Attorney, hence his request. Not applicable The request from the applicant was not valid. There was no other claimant in his possession and the car, under which the law allowed the person to own a criminal case on Superdanama from whose possession he was taken. The court directed the applicant to supply the car under the bail restrictions.
