Muslim Family Law Ordinance 1961 Section 8 West Pakistan Family Courts Act (XXXV of 1964), Article 5 and Schedule Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional petition for dissolution of marriage by wife on the basis of oppression and divorce. Due to the husband's accuracy, the wife filed a lawsuit to dissolve the marriage on the basis of cruelty and violence, and unilaterally stated that she had hated her husband. On receipt of six opportunities to present evidence, the family court closed the evidence of the husband and the order of the family court was upheld in the appeal. The unanimous order of the courts below cannot be interfered with in the absence of any reasonable basis.
