AZAD GOVERNMENT OF THE STATE OF JAMMU AND KASHMIR versus GENUINE RIGHTS COMMISSIONS, AZAD JAMMU AND KASHMIR
Section 3 of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Shariah Court (Amendment) Ordinance (XX of 1997), the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Interim Constitution Act (VII of 1974), ss 41, 42 and 46 of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Roll of Business, 1985, Rr 32 and the Declaration of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Shariat Court (Amendment) Ordinance, 1997 were withheld on the basis of duties and corrected for not being approved by the cabinet, while issuing an ordinance. The President acts as a legislator, thus not declaring the ordinance a misconduct from the government or merely an amendment to the President Ordinance in Section 3, the AJK and the Shariah Court Act, 1993. R was introduced to the process, therefore, the consent of the Cabinet was not necessary. As shown in R32 (1), Azad Jammu and Kashmir Roll of Business, 1985, such rules are in nature, ordinance is not approved by the cabinet, the ordinance is implemented by Azad Jammu and Kashmir. Will not refuse to do. There was no militancy against the Art Court Act, 1993 constitution, then the piece of legislation that amended any of the provisions of the said Act of 1993 on the AA, Articles 42 and 46 of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Interim.
