It was proved that the representation filed by the appellant before the Government was not time bound, but over time the Order of Service Tribunal was challenged by the appellant, before the Supreme Court Service Tribunal filed the case. Did not comment on the merits and rejected the technical representation of the delay, which A misunderstanding ensued, the Supreme Court handed the case over to the service tribunal. Law
