Articles 302 and 324 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3), in reevaluating the evidence, the High Court acted on the correct principles of the definition of evidence and did not give reasons for the results which were neither accepted nor accepted. Neither error nor any such reasoning could be reached, and no interference was guaranteed by which the leave of the Supreme Court was not allowed to appeal.
