Was rejected under the revision under which the application for a temporary injunction was dismissed but the plaintiff chose to file an application for review before the trial rather than requesting the action. The temporary injunction dismissal court order did not face any patent error on record, therefore, it was not liable to review it, even under OXLVII, R1, CPC. There was also no scope for review of the trial court's first order in the petition. As such, the trial court granted a motion to dismiss, but no appeal was filed against the order that the plaintiff's prayer be revised because the appeal was not granted.
