Article 8 Constitution of the Civil Servants Act 1973 Pakistan (1973), Article 212 Sovereign Government Employee claims sanity against defendants due to length of service department authority and at the same time the service tribunal rejected the claim of seniority of public servants. Detection of facts was recorded by the service. Before a public servant could do that, the tribunal and the civil servant who had succeeded in the departmental examination were regularized before they could receive such status. The finding of the record by the Service Tribunal was reasonable, fair, reasonable and legal, without any interference.
