Such provisions were legally assigned by the Custodian to the Rehabilitation Classification Officers, who were appointed by the Chief Settlement and Maintenance Commissioner on their memorandum dated 12 11 1960 for the return of the mortgage-related property. Was requested from time to time to extend such a date, rightly before the Deputy Settlement Commissioner was transferred to the Custodian's representative.
