For more than ten days, an employee who admitted that he had received a large sum of money, claimed that the overdrawal amount was deposited with him the next day by the bank, but under the law the bank Was found guilty of temporarily mistreating even for an hour in the amount of crime The employee could not explain his absence for more than twenty days from the job. The employee was charged with substantially justifying the dismissal, he was rightfully dismissed and his complaint was without merit.
