West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance 1968 Section O12 Resignation Employee, who was allegedly harassed, sent a month's notice of resignation, but on the very third day the employee verbally accompanied the Telegram Employees also withdrew their notice of resignation. Work was not allowed after the notice of resignation, nor was it paid for the notice that the resignation was accepted the very day before the notice was sent by the employees, issued by the relevant authority. The order made did not show that the resignation was accepted, but it did recommend the approval of the resignation in that order; the employees, under the circumstances, should have allowed the Labor Court to work again, so, OK It was rightly ordered that the employee should be reinstated with benefits.
