I by being a Senior Civil Engineer, Senior Retired Civil Servant (Government Officer), and Senior Lawyer, am well equipped with multi-dimensional capabilities. My brief introduction is that I am a B.Sc. Civil Engineer (from U.E.T. Lahore qualified in the year ****) having more than ** years of experience in the field of Civil Engineering mainly with Public Sector, lastly I was Superintending Engineer (B-**) in Local Government & Rural Development Department (AJ&K) Muzaffarabad, but I took early retirement after completing more than ** years of qualifying Civil Service by my choosing due to unjust environments. I even remained posted as Director General Local Government & Rural Development Department AJ&K thrice for short intervals. I also accomplished my degree of LLB (Law) in the year **** with distinction from AJ&K. I am an Expert in Civil Engineering, Law, Administration and Techno-legal matters (Preparation of Claims and counterclaims, Disputes in Engineering Projects, Arbitration, Disputes among JV Partners, etc.) FIDIC, PPRA and PEC Bylaws as well as with regards to contracts. Civil Service and Non-Civil Service matters, Constitutional matters, Family matters, Property issues, Corporate matters, and even rest all kinds of cases in Civil and Criminal. I can also head any large organization, especially engineering-related, construction, estate development, and mega-project development, and can deliver the best by having best command in Civil Engineering, Law and having experience of top management. Also can act as the Engineer or the Employer’s Representative or Project Manager for any Engineering Project of client or part of Dispute Adjudication Board (DAB) or Dispute Resolution Board (DRB) or Arbitrator or to contest in any matter of Arbitration by having good command over all types of FIDIC contracts.
